The Programme Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking participant engagement, providing support and encouragement, and maintaining participant management systems.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and professional, with proven customer service-related experience. They will be able to lead with confidence, build strong working relationships, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The Programme Coordinator will be highly competent in using MS Office and Teams, and will be driven to see things through to successful completion and results.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Programme Coordinator. Responsibilities:

The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Respond to enquiries through various platforms, including Zendesk, email, and phone calls
  • Process programme applications to ensure completeness and eligibility, and notify applicants of the outcomes of their applications
  • Book and manage events in relation to programme delivery and workforce training
  • Update, format, and edit programme resources to adhere to company standards and branding guidelines
  • Ensure successful applicants have access to guidance, learning materials, and systems required for the completion of their programme
  • Set up contracts and work schedules for associates and venues, including raising purchase orders
  • Support the delivery workforce as appropriate
  • Track participants engagement, providing care, support, and encouragement through to completion of programme
  • Maintain participant management systems, including programme, cohort, and group allocations, progress, correspondence, etc.
  • Pre-empt withdrawals and deferrals, offering support, alternative provision, and manage/track them when they occur


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven customer service-related experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead with confidence and make informed decisions
  • Ability to build and demonstrate strong working relationships at all levels
  • Highly competent in using MS Office and Teams
  • Driven to see things through to successful completion and results
  • Highly numerate and literate
