Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at the Oxford hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the pharmacy team, ensuring adherence to medicines optimisation policies and procedures, and providing oversight of pharmaceutical stock procurement.
As a key member of the clinical governance team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and advice to patients and teams across various departments.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure safe and effective medicines management.
- Provide leadership and advice on medicines management to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Implement and monitor DoH guidance on controlled drugs use and ensure quarterly CD audits are completed.
