Job Description:

As a Mental Health Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our community mental health team in Warrington. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient referrals, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £38,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and comprehensive training.
