About the Role

This Teaching Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive school environment. Based in the Lichfield area, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting teachers in delivering lessons and providing individual and group support to students in Key Stage 1 and 2 classes.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in a range of subjects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective educational strategies.
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification for this role.
  • Prior experience working with children of an older primary age group.
  • Ability to work typical school hours from Monday to Friday.
  • DBS clearance registered to the update service.
