We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant in Education to support students with SEN at LTF Recruitment. This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per year and is based in Birmingham, Perry Bar. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one support to students, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs. You will also contribute to building a positive school culture by fostering strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. Relevant qualifications, experience working with diverse learners, and a genuine interest in education are highly valued.

Please note that an enhanced DBS check and two professional references are mandatory for this position.
