About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of complex projects within the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project work meets the required quality standards and is delivered in accordance with the project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and project team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in project management, with experience in leading complex projects within the construction industry.
  • Certifications: MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career growth and development.
