Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. As a key member of our regional branch, you will be responsible for processing customer purchase orders on the SAP GUI system, ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment of all order requirements.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling all customer calls professionally and promptly. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders on the SAP GUI system
  • Handle customer calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit control, logistics, procurement, and stock teams
  • Manage and track orders from beginning to end
  • Provide after-sales support, including dealing with damages and picking errors

Requirements:

  • Experience of using SAP and other CRM systems
  • IT literacy and competence in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Demonstratable experience in project management and productivity skills
