Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director Account Manager to join our team at Proactive Appointments. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for our global clients, leading the development of new and existing customers, and driving revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account-level strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various levels of their organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and drive business outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of IT industry experience, with 5+ years of client management and relationship development experience.
- Proven track record of relationship management with consistent revenue growth of a client portfolio.
- Experience working with large cross-functional and multi-geographical teams to deliver solutions.
- Ability to understand the bigger picture, identify business opportunities, and envision workable solutions.
- Fast learner with the ability to work at multiple levels in the organization.
