Riva Hale is a dynamic and ambitious restaurant group seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Hale, near Altrincham and Bowden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of Riva Hale.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and resources to optimize profitability and minimize waste.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
