Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders from the kitchen or bar to customers' tables accurately and in a timely manner.
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards, such as proper temperature.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils.
• Assist with the setup and clean-up of the restaurant before and after service.
• Clean and reset tables for the next guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgment and minimal direction.
