Autism Support Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality support and improve the lives of individuals with complex needs and autism.
This role involves working directly with individuals, developing Behavioural Support Plans, and providing good role modelling for the team. You will also provide guidance and support to staff who are supporting other tenants and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver person-centred care.
The successful candidate will have experience leading support for people with complex needs and autism, and will be knowledgeable about Positive Behavioural Supports (PBS). They will be able to work in a collaborative way with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that individuals receive the best possible support.
As a Deputy Team Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service delivers high-quality support that meets the needs of individuals with complex needs and autism. You will work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our service.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team of Deputy Team Managers who provide cover across the week, across a 24-hour period with a mix of day and night shifts given on a monthly rota.
Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. An annual increment rise is available.
