Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager UKI

Planday, a leading digital solution, is seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for its Time and Attendance (TAS) solution in the UKI market. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for executing regional marketing activations, supporting pipeline generation, and guiding prospects through the sales journey.

About the Role

This is a 9-month maternity cover temporary role, starting in mid-October, based in London. You will work closely with the UK sales team, Growth, and Brand Marketing experts to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with the company's overall growth and company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute regional marketing activations to increase brand awareness and demand for the TAS solution in the UKI market.
  2. Support pipeline generation by driving leads through the marketing funnel from awareness to consideration.
  3. Work with the Growth team to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Requirements
  • Proven track record of demand generation through diverse digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience working with sales teams and understanding of sales processes.
  • Good understanding of B2B SaaS business models and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and team player.
  • Hospitality and Tech experience is a plus.
