About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at Roman Health Pharmacy LLC. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing efforts in the UKI region, focusing on increasing brand awareness and demand for our Time and Attendance Solution (TAS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Activation
    • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive awareness and interest in Planday's TAS solution among the hospitality sector in the UKI region.
    • Manage and implement local activation for 360 campaigns, including media and brand partnerships, events, tech partnerships, content, product marketing, and social media.
  • Demand Generation
    • Support the growth team goal of increasing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) by improving the mid-funnel demand generation, converting website visitors into newsletter and email subscribers.
  • Support MQL and Sales Outbound Strategies
    • Work closely with the sales leadership and extended sales teams to enable their success and advocate for the local needs towards the rest of the marketing team.
  • PR and Communications
    • Lead the PR strategy and manage the PR agency to generate high-value coverage for Planday in the UKI region, including working with ambassadors, media publications, trade show press, and building solid relationships with key external partners and influencers in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven track record of demand generation through a diverse set of digital and traditional channels, working in an integrated campaign framework.
    • Experience in managing upper funnel spend, aligned to targets while keeping things efficient.
  • Skills
    • Good understanding of sales processes and experience working directly with sales.
    • Experience with marketing and analytical platforms and software (GA4, Google Ads, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce).
    • Proactive and a self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fast learner with an entrepreneurial, analytical mindset.
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a compelling communicator.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
