We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Team Member Apprentice. As part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create unforgettable dining experiences
  • Develop skills and knowledge to enhance the customer and guest experience
  • Assist with menu selections, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Monitor and respond to guest needs, including refilling drinks and clearing empty dishes
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Maths & English Level 2
  • Passion for Hospitality and a genuine interest in the industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank/public holidays as required
