About the Opportunity

Based at our Sagentia offices in Harston, Cambridge, you will work on a diverse range of projects, applying your skills to drive innovation and meet customer needs. With opportunities to travel to client sites in Europe or the USA, this role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can excel as a mechanical design leader.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative mechanical designs that address complex challenges in various sectors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and promoting professional growth.
  • Contribute to business development by providing pre-sales input and assistance, working closely with clients under the guidance of our business development team.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus benefits, reflects the importance of this role in driving innovation and business growth.
