Supporting Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and kind-hearted HLTA (Level 4 Teaching Assistant) to support our teams at local primary schools in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. This temporary position requires confidence, knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum, and the ability to maintain engagement from pupils.
About the Role:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons for young students across EYFS to Year 6.
- Support children in a 1:1 capacity, developing their skills and promoting academic success.
- Work collaboratively with experienced Senior Leadership teams to drive educational excellence.
Requirements:
- Evidence of highest academic achievement (BA Hons Degree or Level 4 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
- References from most recent employer covering past 24 months.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience supporting children across EYFS to Year 6.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate and ability to commute to local schools.
