Job Opportunity for Experienced Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Cornwall Staff Agency. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with our award-winning Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to take on a new challenge and work in a stunning country house hotel. Our hotel is committed to using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and offers a fine dining experience to our guests.

Requirements:
