Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our client's healthcare team in Bermuda. As a key member of the ICU team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in the ICU.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence, education, and leadership within the healthcare team.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
- Minimum two years of continuous recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting.
- Critical Care Nursing course certification.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
