We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at WTW. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing an allocation of low-value claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Claims Management: Manage an allocation of low-value claims, ensuring compliance with WTW financial processes and adherence to reserving processes within given authority.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Understand the Insurance Industry and claims handling processes, including audit processes and compliance requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to monitor Key Client Outcomes and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards.
- Client Communication: Deal with day-to-day client queries competently, in line with WTW values and customer service standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Support and contribute to the Continuous Improvement Forum, driving process improvements and best practices.
- Requirements: A minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English at Level 4 and above, with experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong experience with applicant tracking systems.
