Part-Time Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Central Sheffield. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice's long-term conditions management service.
The salary for this role is £20-23 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, ongoing support and mentorship, and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Respiratory and Diabetic care and hold one relevant qualification. An independent prescribing qualification would also enable you to reach the higher salary banding. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to patients and colleagues.
