The role will also involve supporting the Lead OHA and OH Advisor, allocating pre-employment questionnaires and management referrals, and using Cority software. Additionally, the candidate will be required to administer vaccinations and contribute to the development and maintenance of mental health awareness and support programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health surveillance services, including audiometry, spirometry, and health questionnaires
- Support the Lead OHA and OH Advisor in the development and implementation of occupational health programs
- Allocate pre-employment questionnaires and management referrals
- Use Cority software to manage occupational health data
- Administer vaccinations and provide health education to employees
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of mental health awareness and support programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current registration as a nurse with the relevant regulatory body
- Experience in occupational health nursing, including health surveillance and vaccination administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
