Are you a seasoned Service Manager/Head of Service with a passion for children's services?

We're seeking an experienced professional to fill an exciting Interim Service Manager position in Tameside, Greater Manchester. If you have a strong background in managing fostering, placements, and adoption services, we'd like to hear from you.

As the Interim Service Manager, you'll oversee Fostering Services, managing three Team Managers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Fostering Services, ensuring high-quality care for children and young people.
  • Leading a team of three Team Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service outcomes, working closely with stakeholders and partners.
