We are seeking a Compassionate Carer to join our team. As a Compassionate Carer, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes.

You will work as part of a dedicated care team, promoting independence, supporting people to meet their outcomes, connecting them to local support services, and delivering care that protects dignity.

As a Compassionate Carer, you will receive comprehensive induction training on our values, dignity and respect, safeguarding, equality and diversity, and other essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote independence using enabling approaches
• Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals
• Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services
• Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control (when required)
• Provide personal care that protects people's dignity
• Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time

Location: Based in Leeds, UK. You will be recruited to a dedicated care team operating in various areas, including Beeston, Belle Isle, Hunslet, Killingbeck, Middleton, Rothwell, Seacroft, and Tingley.

Salary: £12.50 per hour (drivers), mileage - 45p per mile for drivers. Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.
