Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Expert to lead our medical devices organisation in the West London and South Central region.
This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled individual to manage sales performance across various portfolios, including endoscopy and surgical devices.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Management Across All Portfolios
- Relationship Building Across All Levels Within Accounts
- Training and Education Development to Support Sales
- New Business Identification and Development
- Representation at Trade Shows or Education Events as Required
- Attendance at Sales Meetings or International Meetings as Required
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on all product lines, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
A salary of £55,000 per annum is estimated for this role based on industry standards. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and fuel card to support your work.
An ideal candidate would have experience working within the NHS sales channels and understanding the process of arriving at a buying decision.
