About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution: Manage the sales cycle effectively and achieve targets.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers to update them on their orders and address any queries or issues.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Outbound & Inbound Sales: Make proactive outbound calls to generate new business and handle incoming enquiries.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales within the Metals industry, with a strong understanding of metal-based products (copper, aluminium, titanium, steel, iron).
  • Sales Skills: Ability to manage the sales cycle effectively and achieve targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of the sales process efficiently.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped Commission Structure: Average earnings of an additional £600 - £1,000 per month.
