Job Title: Technical Sales & Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team at PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the South/South East region, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales team and senior management
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to clients, leveraging your expertise in geotechnical engineering and ground stabilization
  • Manage and develop new and existing clients, ensuring long-term mutually beneficial relationships
About You
  • Minimum HNC in an industry-related discipline, with advanced technical sales expertise and client support experience
  • Demonstrable achievement in the geotechnical or ground engineering sectors, with a strong understanding of technical solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to form long-term relationships with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and holding a full UK driving license
