Human Resources Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the HR department
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
- Coordinating staff training and development initiatives
- Preparing HR documents and reports
- Supporting the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations
- Organizing staff events and initiatives
- Providing high-quality customer service to staff queries
The successful candidate should have:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Solid administrative skills and experience within a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
