Job Title: Human Capital Development Specialist

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all people-related matters to management and employees across the business.
  • Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, providing quality advice and support to employees and management.

About You:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • You will be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
