We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our telephony network and data centre environments.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve telephony network and data centre environments.
  • Configure and provision telephony systems, including IVRs and queueing functions.
  • Troubleshoot faults within telephony/paging services and the supporting hardware.
  • Provide customer advice and support, including ISTM knowledge or a comparable problem/incident management system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in telecommunications engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of telephony systems, including VoIP and Analogue.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with other teams.
Salary Range: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum
