Job Description:

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced bricklayer to join our team as a trainer and mentor for bricklaying apprentices.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to share their knowledge and skills with others and make a positive impact on their lives.

The ideal candidate will have a background in bricklaying and hold a Level 3 qualification in the field. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Develop and implement training programs for apprentices.
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and support to apprentices.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the success of the apprenticeship program.
