Job Description

We are seeking a skilled receptionist/administrator to join our team in central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Partners and solicitors, as well as ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in a law firm or similar professional environment to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be required to handle a range of tasks, including meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, and providing general administrative support.

With excellent IT skills and a confident telephone manner, you will be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike. If you have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch administrative support, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with suppliers and managing relationships with current and potential suppliers
  • Meeting and greeting clients and performing front-of-house duties
  • Answering phones and handling basic IT enquiries
  • Providing general administrative and PA support to Partners and solicitors
  • Ordering supplies and equipment
  • Logging and recording invoices and bills for the London office

Requirements
You will need to have some previous experience in a law firm or professional services' environment, as well as exceptional IT skills and a confident telephone manner. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £29,500 - £34,000 per annum, based on industry standards for similar roles in central London.
