We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and handle guest arrivals and departures
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Upsell and promote our hotel's services and amenities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
