MEP Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting contractual reviews and pricing variations
  • Preparing and issuing applications for payment and managing procurement processes
  • Overseeing sub-contractor payments and producing monthly cost reports
Requirements:
  • HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Services is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial awareness and effective communication skills are essential
