Project - Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Required

We are currently working with a reputable MEP Contractor who has a strong presence in the UK market. They have recently secured a new £40m Residential New Build project in North London and require an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead the day-to-day duties for this scheme from inception to completion.

This is a live project with additional phases being secured by our client, offering a wealth of opportunities for the successful candidate. Experience working within the residential sector and managing M&E projects valued over £10m would be highly beneficial. A proven track record of completing projects through to final handover is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement and account management of sub-contracts
  2. Regular assessment of work and variation assessment
  3. Valuations and timely submissions in accordance with Contract requirements
  4. Accurate cost value reconciliations and forecasting
  5. Identifying and mitigating risks
  6. Contractual matters and dispute resolution
  7. Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  8. Leading and contributing to a high-performing team
  9. Effective communication and presentation skills
