Your primary focus will be on overseeing administrative tasks related to arrivals and departures of division resources, supporting database maintenance, and facilitating effective communication of business information to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee administrative tasks related to arrivals and departures of division resources
* Support database maintenance by collating data and generating comprehensive reports
* Facilitate effective communication of business information to managers and employees
* Support administration and coordination of annual and ad-hoc projects
* Assist with business trip planning and processing of business trip expense claims

Requirements:

* Strong analytical and administration skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
* Great communication skills both written and verbal
* Ambitious individual with ability to think on their feet, multi-task and prioritize own workload

Essential Skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization
* Experience within the travel industry or equivalent

Desirable Skills:

* Knowledge of Qlikview and Sales Force
