Move Coordinator

Red Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Move / Relocation Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our relocation services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the relocation process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage household goods and destination services programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients throughout the relocation process
- Develop and execute detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each move
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding customs regulations, visa requirements, and local resources
- Continuously seek ways to improve our relocation services and enhance client satisfaction
- Proven experience in move coordination and/or relocation management
- Strong knowledge of household goods and destination services programs
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using relocation management software and tools
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
