Move Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Move Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire move process from initiation to completion.
Main Responsibilities:- Receive initiations and arrange pre-move surveys
- Communicate with transferees to advise on customs regulations, shipping allowances, and transit times
- Cost moves and ensure assignees remain within their shipping allowance
- Coordinate the move process, including obtaining customs forms and protection cover documentation
- Produce agent paperwork and sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide status updates to accounts
- At least 12 months experience in a customer-focused role within removals, shipping, or transport
- Ideal experience in a transferable market such as property
- Excellent communication skills
