Move Coordinator

Job Title: Move Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Move Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire move process from initiation to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive initiations and arrange pre-move surveys
- Communicate with transferees advising them on customs regulations, shipping allowances, and transit times
- Cost moves and ensure assignees remain within their shipping allowance
- Coordinate the move process from initiation to completion
- Obtain customs forms and protection cover documentation in a timely manner
- Produce agent paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion
- Provide status updates to accounts
- Produce sales invoices in a timely manner
Requirements:
- At least 12 months experience in a customer-focused role within removals, shipping, or transport
- Ideal experience in a transferable market such as property
- Excellent communication skills
What We Offer: The successful Move Coordinator will receive a salary of £25-28K plus benefits.
