Computer Hardware and Software Technician

We are looking for a Computer Hardware and Software Technician to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our computer systems, as well as providing technical assistance to staff and users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software systems
- Offer technical support and training to employees and customers
- Manage and maintain software licensing, online services, and IT system security
- Support adherence to IT policies, including data protection and safeguarding
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
- Configure and set up devices such as phones and ID badges under guidance
Required Skills:
You will need excellent technical skills and experience in IT support, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
