You will be part of a pioneering team that offers cutting-edge workplace mental health services to millions of employees worldwide. As a Mental Wellness Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring gold standard employee mental wellbeing services onsite.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's level counselling qualification, current Accreditation status with relevant professional body, and a minimum of 400 hours therapeutic delivery post qualification. They will also have extensive experience of working with high-pressure cases, risk assessments, and safeguarding.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including private medical insurance, discretionary bonus scheme, group life assurance, critical health insurance, and access to our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.
