Role Overview

RBW Consulting is a leader in the pharmaceutical services industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to their clients.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team in Swindon.

This role will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a scientific sales role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

A competitive salary between £25,000-£30,000 per annum reflects the company's appreciation for your skills and expertise.
