Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Due Diligence Specialist to join our team at targetjobs Hired. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients meet the necessary regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough customer due diligence reviews to identify and mitigate potential financial crime risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with KYC screening tools such as Refinitiv and Lexis Nexis.

Personal Profile:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Perceptiveness and ability to see what needs to be done before being asked.
  • Well-organised and able to deliver to timescales.
  • Proactive and able to escalate and report any unusual or suspicious client activities immediately.
