Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Due Diligence Specialist to join our team at targetjobs Hired. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough customer due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and anomalies to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on compliance-related matters
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., finance, law, business)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
