Job Title: Customer Due Diligence Analyst

Company Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Due Diligence Analyst to join our team at targetjobs Hired. Our client is a leading financial institution with a strong reputation for excellence in the field of securities dealing and lending.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough customer due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office to ensure effective account set up and management.
  • Liaise with Compliance and other stakeholders to resolve CDD queries and ensure risk conduct and compliance matters are addressed efficiently.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Head of CDD in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls set by the company and external regulatory authorities.

CDD Approver Function

  • Ensure that customer due diligence cases comply with local and Head Office standards/requirements.
  • Complete trigger reviews during quality approver assessments and address identified risk events.

Project Work

  • Assist in updating departmental policies and procedures.
  • Support the CDD Manager with ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with KYC Screening tools such as Refinitiv and Lexis Nexis.
