As a Sales Negotiator at Nouvo Recruitment, you will be working with a forward-thinking and award-winning independent Estate Agent in St Albans. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in estate agency looking for more progression and development.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence and own their own car. You must be target-driven with a proven track record in achieving targets, well spoken and presented, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £22,000 per annum
  • An OTE of £40,000 per annum

Key responsibilities include meeting with clients, assessing buyers' & sellers' particular needs, negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller, responding to queries via e-mail and telephone, and promoting properties via different mediums.
