Building Services Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our maintenance team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, including AHU's, emergency lighting, plumbing, and general building fabrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including AHU's, emergency lighting, plumbing, and general building fabrics
  • Carry out reactive repairs and quoted works in a commercial building maintenance setting
  • Work with a range of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC and plumbing
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC and plumbing
  • Full UK driving license
  • Calibrated tools, PPE, tablet, phone, and uniform provided
  • Overtime paid at time and a half
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme
