Building Services Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our maintenance team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, including AHUs, emergency lighting, plumbing, and general building fabrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on building services equipment
  • Conduct site visits to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of building services
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably with a mechanical or electrical bias
  • Knowledge of commercial building maintenance, reactive repair, and quoted works
  • Qualifications in A/C, F-Gas, HVAC, or plumbing
  • Full UK driving license
