Building Services Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our maintenance team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including AHU's, emergency lighting, and plumbing.
  2. Conduct site visits to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  3. Work with our team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably with a commercial bias.
  2. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  3. Full UK driving license and ability to travel to sites.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
