About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team as an Administrative Lead to the CEO. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage the CEO's email inbox, responding to urgent matters and escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, and external partners.
  • Ensure the CEO's office is well-organized and efficient, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing executive support, with a focus on administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
