About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team at NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the ICB Chair and CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the ICB Chair and CEO, including diary management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, events, and workshops, including preparing agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Manage the Executive Office budget and ensure compliance with data security and protection policies.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including ICS partners, MPs, and external organisations.
  • Support the recruitment process for Non-Executive Directors, Executives, and other key senior Board members.
  • Assist with the organisation of the weekly Executive Committee meeting and provide high-quality support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Directors.
